Background

Product Designer @ Salesforce

Los Angeles • Jun 2021 — Aug 2024
As a designer on the Lightning Design Systems team, I conceptualized and designed the initial 'North Star' vision for revamping the Salesforce Design System, known as the Enhanced Lightning UI. This effort involved delivering design specifications and building a new Figma library leveraging the latest and greatest features. I collaborated closely with engineering and design teams, contributed to usability studies, and supported PMs, engineers, and designers throughout the implementation process. I also worked on the designs of the Website Experience Subsystem, and took ownership of the icon process within the design library.

Product Design Intern @ Adobe

San Francisco • Jun 2020 — Sep 2020
As a designer on the Adobe Illustrator team, I spearheaded the design and development of a presentation mode feature in Adobe Illustrator, enabling users to seamlessly create and showcase their illustrations to clients within a seamless workflow. After creating the project plan for this three-month initiative, I collaborated closely with researchers, engineers, and product managers to iterate on my designs, meeting deliverables.

Product Design Intern @ ServiceNow

San Diego • Jun 2019 — Aug 2019
As a designer on the Horizon Design System team, I ideated new concepts and built components, created high-fidelity mockups, and wrote detailed documentation. My process included researching and identifying use cases for new components, consulting with engineers to ensure feasibility, working with the design team to maintain brand consistency, and partnering with an accessibility engineer to uphold the latest accessibility standards.
